Special Executive Session Meeting

Tuesday, April 13, 2021

The Board is considering the installation of a clubhouse and business office sprinkler system to meet fire occupancy codes that will protect our recreation building, improve safety and permit more flexible use of the clubhouse. The Board reviewed proposals at a meeting on April 1, 2021, and took no action.  An Executive Session Meeting has been scheduled for the Board to further review and potentially approve a contract to design and install. We will further report to homeowners on this at the April 20th Open Session Meeting and subsequent community mailings. If you have any questions please e-mail admin@nelliegailranch.org.

Also included on this years’ ballot will be two (2) special ballot measures for a membership vote:

Become a Block Captain

We are looking for volunteers to work as “Area Coordinators” AND “Block Captains.”

Each “Area Coordinator” will support the specific needs of approximately 10-12 local “Block Captains” and communicate that information to and from the Emergency Command Center.

Each “Block Captain” will work directly with their nearest 10-15 neighbors coordinating any special needs thru the “Area Coordinators” to obtain the best available support and to share available resources and skills when possible. These efforts to organize neighbors to help each other will make a significant positive impact on our ability to survive and remain safe during any disaster or community emergency.
