A quorum of 50% was not achieved at the annual meeting scheduled this past Wednesday evening. The meeting has been reconvened to Wednesday, June 12, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. at the Association Clubhouse. The Inspector of Election has 528 ballots which exceeds the reconvened quorum requirement of 25% (352 Members represented) so the Annual Meeting will take place. There is still time to submit your ballot if you are one of the 879 homeowners not yet represented. Please locate your ballot, complete it and mail in the postage pre-paid envelope. If you require a replacement ballot you may request one from The Ballot Box Inspector of Election at info@ballotboxservices.com.

Remember to have the homeowner of record sign the outside of the envelope before mailing.
