Information & Guidance for Architectural Improvements
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) works with homeowners who make improvements or changes to their properties by guiding them through the process in order to remain in compliance with all pertinent rules and regulations.
Any exterior change to your home or property requires approval. Simple repainting or re-roofing may require a simpler sign-off. Please consult the Architectural Guidelines. Submittals are typically due by the close of business 10 business days prior to the meeting with the ARC meetings typically held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm; however, this is subject to change. Please check with the Association office for verification of deadline and meeting dates. You are welcome to attend and it may be helpful if there are questions about your proposal, which could help avoid delays to your project.
