The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) works with homeowners who make improvements or changes to their properties by guiding them through the process in order to remain in compliance with all pertinent rules and regulations.
Any exterior change to your home or property requires approval. Simple repainting or re-roofing may require a simpler sign-off. Please consult the Architectural Guidelines. Submittals are typically due by the close of business 10 business days prior to the meeting with the ARC meetings typically held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm; however, this is subject to change. Please check with the Association office for verification of deadline, meeting dates, and submittal requirements – currently only digital plans are required. You are welcome to attend via Zoom and it may be helpful if there are questions about your project, which could help avoid delays. The Zoom link is sent out on the Monday prior to the meeting to the email used when you book your appointment time.
