Board of Directors Candidate Solicitation 

The Association is soliciting candidates for the upcoming 2021 Board of Directors election to be held on Wednesday, June 2, 2021. Candidate applications must be received by the Association by Wednesday, March 24, 2021 to be nominated and listed on the pre-ballot notice that will be posted prior to April 1, 2021.

The preballot notice will include all names that will be included on the ballot to be mailed by May 1, 2021. Please provide a full face, digital photograph to be published in the May 2021 issue of The Pony Express. Basketball Court Resurfacing Project Completed

The outdoor basketball court repairs at Gallup and Hidden Trail Parks are now complete. The cracked asphalt court at these parks has been resurfaced and striped. New nets have also been installed. The courts are now open for play.

President’s Day

The Nellie Gail Ranch Association Office will be closed on Monday, February 15, 2021, in observance of Presidents Day.

The Tennis & Swim Club will have normal hours 6:00 am – 9:30 pm.

Basketball Court Resurfacing Project

The outdoor basketball courts at Gallup and Hidden Trail Parks will be closed for repairs beginning Monday, February 8, 2021.

The asphalt surfaces at these parks have excessive cracking that will require re-patching, coating, and striping. The courts are scheduled to re-open Monday, February 15, 2021, to allow time for curing (weather permitting).
