To provide input and recommendations for new community events and enhancement of past traditional events and activities.

- To make recommendations for approval of events calendar each year.
- Create a positive environment at all events and assist management in event evaluation.
- Provide suggestions and recommendations for the creation of new events and activities that allow for greater participation.
- Advise and assist in the promotion of events and activities available to members.
