Little Free Library

Little Free Library
Community response to the Nellie Gail Ranch Little Free Library has been great!

The library is currently full of all sorts of reading material with additional books in the Association office.

Our library is located to the left side of the Clubhouse adjacent to the volleyball court. Stop by to borrow a book or donate one!

Special thanks to the individual who donated an entire box of books! Happy reading.

Special Executive Session Meeting

Tuesday, April 13, 2021

The Board is considering the installation of a clubhouse and business office sprinkler system to meet fire occupancy codes that will protect our recreation building, improve safety and permit more flexible use of the clubhouse. The Board reviewed proposals at a meeting on April 1, 2021, and took no action.  An Executive Session Meeting has been scheduled for the Board to further review and potentially approve a contract to design and install. We will further report to homeowners on this at the April 20th Open Session Meeting and subsequent community mailings. If you have any questions please e-mail admin@nelliegailranch.org.

PICK UP YOUR ROCK PAINTING KITS STARTING TODAY!

It’s time to spread some love and kindness in Nellie Gail Ranch! Join us in painting some Kindness Rocks that will be displayed in a garden for the community to enjoy. Gather your supplies, your rock painting kit can be picked up at the Tennis & Swim Center starting April 2, as well as your kind thoughts and sentiments. When considering a message to paint on a rock be sure that it is positive and uplifting. The goal is to inspire someone and make them feel happy when they find one. Imagine the message that you would like to find, chances are it will inspire someone else as well.

When your rock is finished and dry, bring it back to the Tennis and Swim Center for display in our kindness garden.
