June 3, 2020 Annual Meeting 6:30 PM

To date, we have received 550 ballots leaving us 154 short of quorum for the June 3^rd Annual Meeting. There is still time to mail your ballot today or drop it off at the ballot box in the Clubhouse office at 25211 Empty Saddle Drive. However, since we have exceeded the reconvened quorum requirement of 352 for the June 10, 2020, reconvened annual meeting we are assured of holding the election for directors and the special ballot measure no later than that date. If you require a replacement ballot you may e-mail info@ballotboxservices.com to request one. The following is information to join in the annual meeting June 3^rd at which we will likely officially announce the reconvened date assuming we do not receive the required 154 additional ballots by June 3^rd at 6:30 p.m. We will e-mail the Nellie Gail Ranch Owners Association Members on Thursday, June 4^th with an update.
