Committee Formed to Evaluate
the Feasibility of Gating
Homeowners have expressed an interest in updating the current logistics and costs to gate the Nellie Gail Ranch community entries. At the Tuesday, May 16th meeting the Board approved forming a committee to evaluate the feasibility and potential expense. We are seeking homeowners with disparate views and expertise interested in participating. The following links are to the Draft Charter and application for appointment. Please submit your application if you would like to be considered for appointment.
Voting Reminder
We would like to remind you that the voting for the upcoming initiatives is still underway, and your vote matters. So far, we have received 261 ballots, which is a great start. However, we still have 1,146 ballots to go. Your voice and your vote count, so please take a few moments to cast your ballot and ensure that your opinions are heard.
