| Trails Closed Due To Heavy Rain |
| Due to recent heavy rains and muddy conditions, all trails are currently closed to vehicles. Please refrain from scheduling feed or hay deliveries while the trails remain wet. Each year, we see a few drivers attempt to navigate the conditions, only to get stuck—leading to significant delays and the need for costly recovery efforts. If you’re unsure about the condition of your specific trail, please reach out to Jeff Hinkle at 949-425-1477 for an inspection and evaluation. Thank you for your cooperation in preserving our trails. |

| Cabot Arena Holding Stalls |
| The old hitching post adjacent to the Cabot Arena has been replaced with two holding stalls. Each stall is 12’ x 12’ and provides enhanced safety and functionality for equestrians and their horses. |

| The Association is soliciting candidates for the upcoming 2025 Board of Directors election to be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. Candidate applications must be received by the Association by 5:00 p.m. March 24, 2025 to be nominated and listed on the pre-ballot notice that will be posted prior to April 1, 2025. The pre-ballot notice will include all names that will be included on the ballot to be mailed by April 30, 2025. Candidates whose nominations are received after March 24, 2025 may still run for election but will not be included on the ballot. |

| Trails are Closed to Vehicles Due to Muddy Conditions Until Further Notice |
| Trails are currently closed to all vehicles due to recent heavy rains and muddy conditions. Please do not schedule feed or hay deliveries while the trails are wet. Every year we get one or two drivers who think they can beat the odds and it turns into an ordeal to offload and wait for the trails to dry enough to send out a rescue. If you are not sure about your specific trail condition, please contact Jeff Hinkle at 949-425-1477 and he will inspect and evaluate. |
