| Large Animal EvacuationEmergency Contact List |
| One of the lessons learned in the recent Airport Fire is the importance of having a plan in place for potential evacuation of your large animals equine and other. During the Airport Fire we were on the receiving end of a number of calls from horse owners seeking shelter. If you are ever in need of a place to go in event of an evacuation, a contact list will be invaluable in helping you make timely transportation and shelter plans. At the recent Town Hall Meeting, Sr. Emergency Management Program Coordinator Alyssa Rabas provided this form to assist owners of horses and other large animals to create a contact list. After you complete this form you may take a photo to keep in your phone and keep a hard copy in your car glove compartment and home. |
