| Annual Meeting Results |
| The Nellie Gail Ranch Owners Association annual meeting was held Wednesday evening June 14th at the Association Clubhouse. Congratulations to Loree Blough and Holly Permeh who were elected to serve on the Board through June 2025. Loree and Holly join incumbents Mark Fisk, John Park and Joyce Taylor as your Nellie Gail Ranch Board of Directors. The ballot measure regarding mobile patrol security passed with 203 votes in favor of continuing 24-hour mobile patrol services. The other options received 76 votes for an alternative 8-hour “premium” patrol, 86 votes to discontinue mobile patrol and 143 votes to discontinue mobile patrol and consider additional camera or technology alternatives. The official Inspectors Report containing vote counts and write-in candidates will be posted on the website early next week when received and it will be published in the next issue of The Pony Express. Thank you to the 529 homeowners who submitted ballots and participated in the election process. This represents 38% participation as compared to 36% in 2022 and 41% in 2021. |
