50th Anniversary Event
Celebrating 50 Years of Nellie Gail Ranch!
Thank you to everyone who joined us on September 26th at Gallup Park for a wonderful celebration of 50 years of Community, Heritage & Home!
Residents and families enjoyed an afternoon filled with live music, local vendors, delicious food, a bounce house, fun activities, and free giveaways. A special thank you to our generous sponsors, Feldman Mason Group with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Viking Cruise Planners, The Tate LaMott Group at Compass, and Moulton Museum, along with our community partners and volunteers, for helping make this milestone event possible. Tennis & Pickleball Court Closure
All Tennis & Pickleball Courts will be closed on Sunday, October 11th for an event from 1:00 pm to close. For more information, contact The Tennis & Swim Club at 949-831-6660.

Equestrian Center – Stalls Available
We have three box stalls available at the Equestrian Center for immediate boarding. The stall rate for a 12’ x 12’ stall is $855 per month for homeowners and $995 for non-owners. Feed is billed separately at $108 per month per feed portion (approx. 6.6 lbs). Call our Equestrian Manager Nikki Garcia at 949-371-1595 for more information.
