| Moulton Park Playground Path |
| We have recently completed a walking path to access the Moulton Park playground. Thanks to a homeowner who recently suggested this improvement the Board became aware of an opportunity to enhance access. Parents no longer need to wheel strollers down a grass slope. A gently sloping walking path leads to a park bench and the playground making your visit more enjoyable. |

| Fire Behind Maverick Circle |
| There was a small brush fire on Tuesday afternoon between Maverick Circle and the 73 toll road that was quickly extinguished by fire fighters. There were 2 local fire stations that responded to the brush fire and they worked quickly to extinguish the fire with the help of two water drops from helicopters. The firemen were complimentary of the weed abatement and groomed trail that helped stop the fire from spreading quickly. They had a suspicion that the fire may have potentially started from an ember that drifted from the Laguna Beach fire earlier that day. Please make sure your rear slopes are weed abated and brush free to create your own defensible space. |

| Rapid Falls – Laguna Hills Police Activity |
| At approximately 8:30 am Orange County Sheriff – City of Laguna Hills Police Services deputies responded to the area of Rapid Falls between Lost Trail and Cabot Road. Vehicle access was blocked on Rapid Falls from Cabot Road to Lost Trail. The active investigation led to the arrest of 1 male who was in the home. The scene was cleared at approximately 12:30 pm. For more information, contact the City of Laguna Hills Police Services at 949-707-2645. |
