| Anicka Delgado: Olympic Swimmerfrom Nellie Gail Ranch |
| Anicka Delgado, a resident of Nellie Gail Ranch, will be competing in the 2024 Summer Olympic Games. Representing Ecuador, Anicka will swim in the 50-meter freestyle event on August 3rd. This marks Anicka’s second Olympic appearance, having previously competed in the Tokyo 2020 Games.Anicka’s family moved to Nellie Gail Ranch in 2017 and she joined the Evolution Racing Club, which trains at the Nellie Gail Ranch clubhouse pool. Anicka is a recent graduate of the University of Southern California (USC) where she excelled both academically and athletically winning two individual Pac-12 titles in the 50-yard freestyle and three relay titles.Anicka comes from a family with a rich swimming heritage. Her father, Felipe Delgado, represented Ecuador in the 1996 and 2000 Summer Olympic Games, competing in the 50 and 100 freestyle events. Anicka’s Nellie Gail Ranch family includes her mother Megan and her three siblings: Valentina, Francesca, and Luca. We are rooting for ANICKA to have a personal best in both her performance and her Olympic experience ! |

| Hayden Clarke Sport Horses HostsJumping Demonstration |
| Hayden Clarke hosted a show jumping demonstration at the Equestrian Center Thursday evening July 25th. One hundred and seventy five TK Burgers with fries and fixings were served to guests who enjoyed the show! Seven of the eight horses that participated in the demonstration are new to the Equestrian Center recently imported from Europe (five from Olympic host country France). Guests enjoyed the complimentary meal and a great show! |

| Jumping Demonstration |
| Equestrian Center Trainer Hayden Clarke Sport horses is inviting homeowners to visit the Equestrian Center Juy 25th for a jumping demonstration featuring its exceptional staff of show jumpers and instructors. This is a unique opportunity for our one of a kind community! Please park in the Association Clubhouse Parking lot to access the Equestrian Center from the stairway behind the volleyball court. Directional signage will assist you in getting to the demonstration. |

| Bush fire safety is crucial for those living in fire-prone areas. To minimize risks and ensure preparedness, consider the following tips:Create Defensible Space: Clear vegetation and combustible materials at least 30 feet around your home. Have an Evacuation Plan: Prepare and practice a family evacuation plan that includes pets and important documents. Stay Informed: Monitor local weather and fire conditions regularly, and heed evacuation orders promptly if issued. Being proactive and informed is key to staying safe during bush fire season. |

| Vanessa Kon received a Certificate of Appreciation expressing gratitude for her nine years of service on the Architectural Review Committee. As a certified design professional, Vanessa brought a professional perspective to her time on the committee in her review of 2,065 plan submittals. Vanessa currently channels her volunteerism spirit with the Dark Horse Marines. The Nellie Gail Ranch community benefits from the volunteer service of over 40 volunteers serving on its various Committees and the Board of Directors. | Assemblymember Diane Dixon (representing Laguna Hills in Assembly District 72) has extended an invitation for an upcoming Homeowner Insurance Town Hall, hosted in collaboration with the California Department of Insurance. If you are concerned about affordable and available home insurance you may want to consider attending as Assemblymember Dixon requested the Insurance Commissioner to participate in a Town Hall to address insurance concerns. The attached flyer has more details. The event will take place on Tuesday, July 30th, from 4 PM to 5 PM in Aliso Viejo. It is recommended you RSVP via the included QR code as space is limited. |

| The main dining room will be closed for a private eventon Saturday the 22nd from noon to 4 p.m. Our “Hideout” private room and outside patio dining will remain available for guest dining. The main dining room will re-open for food and beverage service following the private event from 4 pm to 9 pm. |
| Hayden Clarke Show Jumping Demoat Nellie Gail Ranch Equestrian Center |
| Hayden Clarke put on a fabulous show jumping demo for everyone in the community yesterday evening, with tacos and ice cream to top it all off. Hayden Clarke wanted to share their passion for horses and educate the NGR community on what show jumping is all about and what we offer at NGR. Pictured below is Lane Clarke & Venom doing what Venom loves best, getting love from his fans. |
