The association office will be closed Thursday July 4th and Friday July 5th in observance of the Independence Day Holiday.

Volunteer Recognition

California Department of InsuranceHomeowners Insurance Town Hall

Assemblymember Diane Dixon (representing Laguna Hills in Assembly District 72) has extended an invitation for an upcoming Homeowner Insurance Town Hall, hosted in collaboration with the California Department of Insurance. If you are concerned about affordable and available home insurance you may want to consider attending as Assemblymember Dixon requested the Insurance Commissioner to participate in a Town Hall to address insurance concerns.  The attached flyer has more details. The event will take place on Tuesday, July 30th, from 4 PM to 5 PM in Aliso Viejo. It is recommended you RSVP via the included QR code as space is limited.

Annual Meeting Date Approaching

The Nellie Gail Ranch Inspector of Election has received 503 of 1,405 possible ballots as of today’s mail.  We do not anticipate reaching the quorum requirement of 703 ballots for the June 5th meeting and will reconvene to July 12th at which we are already assured of exceeding the quorum requirement of 351 ballots.  We would like as much of the membership represented as possible so if you haven’t already, please return your ballot and remember to sign the outside of the return envelope.

Mail Your Ballot Today

Your annual meeting ballot for the election of directors and special ballot measure is ready for you to complete and return.  Please review the candidate statements and cast your vote at your earliest opportunity.  The owner of record, as reflected on the ballot mailing label, must sign the outside of the return envelope in order for it to be counted as valid by the Inspector of Election. You may return in the self-addressed and stamped envelope.
