Nellie Gail Ranch Playgrounds Open Again!!

The state has reversed its playground restriction and is currently allowing them to remain open to “facilitate physically distanced personal health and wellness through outdoor exercise”. Please use your best judgment while enjoying playgrounds to keep children of different families reasonably separate, and please take extra precautions to clean hands before and after use. Also, please do not bring children who are sick or symptomatic of any illness to the playgrounds.

With this postings disclaimers, advisories, and warnings behind us now, please focus on enjoying quality time with your children outdoors and in our beautiful parks!

It’s Beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

The prettiest sights you’ll see are the Nellie Gail Ranch entry monuments, Monument Park (near the corner of Oso & Cabot), and the Association Clubhouse entry. There are Christmas trees at the Association and Equestrian Center Clubhouses, lights glistening at the Equestrian Center and soon to be added is the Gallup Park Gazebo.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas everywhere you go in Nellie Gail Ranch.

Happy Holidays!

Little Free Library

The Nellie Gail Ranch Little Free Library is up and running for all you book lovers out there! Our library is located to the left front side of our Clubhouse adjacent to the volleyball court. Come by to borrow a book, donate a book, or best of all do both! I just borrowed a nice hardcover copy of Edison by Edmund Morris and enjoyed seeing a note from the prior owner; “Trust me on this: In order to enjoy this book it is imperative that it be read from back to front, Part 8 – Part 1.” So I am following the recommendation and I started at the back. I am well into it and so far, so good! So whoever donated the book and left the note, thank you for your recommendation! Happy reading everyone!!
