Moulton Park Playground Path |
We have recently completed a walking path to access the Moulton Park playground. Thanks to a homeowner who recently suggested this improvement the Board became aware of an opportunity to enhance access. Parents no longer need to wheel strollers down a grass slope. A gently sloping walking path leads to a park bench and the playground making your visit more enjoyable. |

Fire Behind Maverick Circle |
There was a small brush fire on Tuesday afternoon between Maverick Circle and the 73 toll road that was quickly extinguished by fire fighters. There were 2 local fire stations that responded to the brush fire and they worked quickly to extinguish the fire with the help of two water drops from helicopters. The firemen were complimentary of the weed abatement and groomed trail that helped stop the fire from spreading quickly. They had a suspicion that the fire may have potentially started from an ember that drifted from the Laguna Beach fire earlier that day. Please make sure your rear slopes are weed abated and brush free to create your own defensible space. |
