 Solicitation for Board Candidates



The Association is soliciting candidates for the upcoming 2026 Board of Directors election to be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. Candidate applications must be received by the Association by 5:00 p.m. Monday, March 23, 2026 to be nominated and listed on the pre-ballot notice that will be posted prior to April 1, 2026. The pre-ballot notice will include all names that will be included on the ballot to be mailed by May 1, 2026. Please return this application by e-mail to the Association’s office at admin@nelliegailranch.org. Trails are Closed to VehiclesDue to Muddy Conditions


Trails are currently closed to all vehicles due to recent heavy rains and muddy conditions and will remain closed through the weekend. Please do not schedule deliveries while the trails are wet. Beginning Monday, please contact Jeff Hinkle at 949-425-1477 to

check the status of the trails and to arrange feed deliveries.

Holiday Hours



In observance of Presidents’ Day, the Association Office will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026. We will reopen and resume normal business hours on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
The Clubhouse and The Watering Hole will be open regular business hours

 Please note: The Watering Hole will close at 4:00 PM on Saturday, January 24, and will reopen for regular hours on Monday, January 26.
On Friday, January 30, the Watering Hole will be open from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, then will close for a private party. During dinner hours, limited seating will be available in the Hideout. Takeout and delivery will also be available.

Please remember to lock your vehicles at all times and avoid leaving valuables inside, whether visible or stored in consoles or glove compartments.
